John Mulligan

A fresh approach to a time honoured tradition.

John Mulligan has spent the last 21 years refining his skills in restaurants and catering and has loved every minute of it. He apprenticed as a chef at three chef’s hat restaurants in Sydney.

John believes that food should follow the seasons and that produce quality and care for ingredients is paramount. When it comes to catering, the service of food should have a sense of theatre, surprising and delighting the eyes as well as the taste buds, and dishes need to present with style. John is excited about the future of Kosher food and catering in Australia and actively sources and encourages Kosher certification of new products.
